

Natalia has over 20 years of personal yoga practice and more than a decade of experience teaching private classes.

Trained in classical yoga with a focus on breathwork, foundational asanas and yoga philosophy, her practice reflects a genuine passion and rich knowledge of yoga traditions, incorporating vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, hot yoga, inversions, meditation, and most recently, Barre.
